Go through an identification process on - line!

Hooray! Now you can go through an identification process in "Eskhata online" mobile bank remotely, without visiting the Bank!

All you need to do is log in to the app and follow the instructions below:

1. In the lower-right corner of the home page, select the "Settings" menu.

2. Select the menu "Your status". After selecting, you go to the status window, where you can get information about the user's statuses and limits. 

3. To pass remote identification, select the "Personal" status and click "Get this status".

4. In the menu that opens, you need to fill out the form by following the instructions. After the green checkmarks appear, select the "Agree and send" button.

5. In the window that appears, confirm the entered data.

6. Enter the SMS code and click "Confirm" button.

7. A window appears with information about the processing of your personal data. Click on the "Close" button.

8. After successful identification you will receive a Push notification.

 P.S. Please note the mandatory conditions:

- When creating a photo with a Passport, the passport must be clearly visible and readable to verify the user's data;

- The user's face and shoulders should be visible in the frame;

- An incorrectly uploaded photo will not be considered for identification.
